Acceptance- Opening to
Unlimited Possibilities

“Dearest Beautiful Ones,

We love you so much and
are always with you.  Deep acceptance is always waiting within you.  It is a
field of receptivity that lays in wait for you to surrender your struggles and to drop into its warm embrace.  Giving yourself to acceptance is not giving up.  It is making room for expansion for what is and for what is possible.  When you hold on to negative self beliefs or stories of judgment about yourself or
others, you condemn and constrict what is possible into a box of limitation. 
Love and expansion are always possible.  Acceptance is not based on the conditions of the physical world but is an inner experience.  Acceptance allows the most room for your exterior world to adapt and align to harmonious creations.  When you accept from within you allow the spaciousness of possibilities to unfold.

In observing both my own experience and those of my clients I’ve noticed that the background of our inner world is often layered with veils of doubt, unworthiness, shame and thoughts of never doing or
being enough.  They lurk in the background of our good intentions and sometimes undermine our attempts to experience fulfillment.  Yet acceptance is always waiting and it is a gift of freedom we can give ourselves.  A useful phrase when addressing these types of feelings and thoughts is “Thank you.  Thank you for doing your best.”  All of these experiences have arisen for a reason; to guide us, protect us and point the way to our expansion into love.  They are the doorways to our inner light.  Banging on them, rejecting them or punishing them will only lock the door tighter.  When we say “Thank you.  Thank you for doing a good job. You are free.” These negative experiences can be transformed into the open door of deep acceptance. Then the possibilities are limitless.
