Greetings Spirit Journeyer’s,
I hope you all have been doing well and surfing the waves of preparation for the next influx of light that has been building up. It has been a month of lots of clearing of the old, shadow energies, as we now begin to invite the new light of deep knowingness and trust.
The question I chose for this month is about depression. This is one of the ways our shadow selves are asking for healing. Check out the insights below.
I am excited that my book “Love is the Path Home” has been so well received. Here is a comment about a recent study group:
“Well, we finished the book! I'm sad to have this group study end. It has really been a blessing to us. I have experienced so much growth and healing through this study. I have never experienced the level of ability to receive love before this experience. I sort of felt like "God" was a "back, just walking away from me." Now I have experienced the kind of divine love and healing I've been seeking for so long. I'm learning how it feels to have genuine love and respect for myself, as well. It is such an amazing experience. Who knew this kind of unconditional love truly exists and can be experienced! Thank you for your part in this wonderful part of my journey.” J.B. Colorado
This was truly an inspiration to me as well! If anyone is interested in creating a study group together, please let me know what your idea’s are about this. A face book group? I would love to hear your thoughts.
With love and blessings,
Pati
Q: What happens when someone is depressed? I have experienced depression and it was physically very painful and on top of that, extremely lonely. What can I do to help others and myself with depression? Rainbow Warrior of Peace
A: Dearest Beautiful Soul,
Depression is an expression of the shadow side of life that is challenging a person’s consciousness to find its true identity in the light of spirit. Often there are entities of darkness that are also influencing a person and their consciousness. A battle can arise, and succumbing to the loss of owning one’s own awareness can occur. It is an opportunity for deep travel into the worlds of darkness, in search of what is always inevitable, the light of God or loving Source. These brave warriors, who have been given the task of traversing the field of depression, have a calling to remember, and remind others, that although the illusions of shadow may seem an all-encompassing reality, in truth, only light can truly rein.
Here are 3 points of discovery to be explored by the warrior fighting depression:

Here are 3 points of discovery to be explored by the warrior fighting depression:
- Surrender only to the light. The darkness of consciousness may want to swallow you. Know that between the molecules of dark, there is a field of guiding light
- Trust and Believe in your capacity for experiencing happiness. You are not a failure. You are a good person who is capable of enjoying the process of life.
- Practice Self-Love and Forgiveness. Return again and again to your heart, inviting in love to expand through you. It is a natural expression of your essence and is only waiting for your attention. Allow forgiveness for yourself and others to arise from this love; it does not need to be earned, only allowed.
In loving Service,
