Creativity is a freedom we can each claim in our lives. Even just a small amount of time contributed to the free flow of creative ideas and expression can give us more spaciousness in our hearts and minds. Some of the ways creativity can be applied are by brainstorming ideas for your personal growth or business, processing emotions through movement or art, and by allowing spirit to guide you in what to say or do in the moment. I find it helpful to ask ahead of time “Spirit, I ask for my creativity to be guided in the best way to serve the highest good for myself and others. May my mind and heart be an expression of the movement of love’s evolution.” How can YOU invite the freedom, inspiration and healing of creative connection and expression more fully into your life?
