Ok, so here is this weeks message...
"Dearest Lovely Ones,
We love you greatly. You are on a path of expanding light that is bringing many changes. These changes are both within you and around you. As you adjust to great levels of light within you, your body, mind and emotions take time to adjust. Each aspect of self begins to align with the higher vibration of light that you have received. This is a reflection of your expanding inner consciousness as well as an influx of light on a planetary level. Together they merge, inner light and external cosmic forces to create the dynamic evolution that is happening on planet earth right now. You may sometimes feel caught in the middle between the urge to grow and become the loving beings that you truly are and the urge to collapse into your shadow aspects. When your feel the pull of your shadow, acknowledge that it is calling for your attention, that it is in a stage of releasing and transformation, and then lovingly give it the reassurance that it is safe to go. That a new part of you is emerging and that the self you know will be happy in its hands. Allow yourself to emerge, for love is calling you.

The sense of living between our soul self and our shadow self is very present right now. The soul aspect knows how to be compassionately present with all aspects of self and is able to fully express our vision and purpose. The shadow aspect is emerging from past traumas, anger, fear, disappointment and grief. It’s not that these feelings disappear from life completely but they become related to the present moment and are parts of an expanded knowing that we are light beings who are already free. I see myself and others dancing upon this edge between Soul and Shadow. We are so close to leaping off into living from the heart of self with much more consistency. When we approach ourselves with acceptance but also with a deep commitment to being true to ourselves and expressing from our hearts and we can then allow the call to love to lead.
