Here is this weeks message from my spirit guides:
"Dear Beloved Ones,
It is an important time for self love, to return to your inner resources to receive the nurturing and direction you need. Your inner calm, the quiet presence within you, is your greatest resource for restoration and clarity. Decisions made from scattered external stimulus can often lead to confusion for the mind and emotions. Allow your mind to settle into your inner presence and invite this quiet place to speak with its strong voice of knowing. This will relieve many doubts and uncertainties about how to move forward in your life. It provides a foundation of love from which all other creations and manifestations can grow from.
We love you always, Friends of the Light"
With the recent flooding in Colorado there has been a lot of change, challenge and loss. Returning to our inner resources can be a way to create a foundation of love in the midst of destruction and to find the guidance for how to move forward. This message is also a great reminder that we create our lives from the inside out. Even when circumstances are out of our control, like the power of mother nature, we can choose to return to an inner foundation of love and build, or rebuild, our lives from there.
