Dear Ones,
We love you so much and we are always with you. Each day you are being guided closer to your true self, to your identity in love. Layer upon layer slowly sheds itself to reveal the true you. You have many gifts to express from your soul's essence. Each time you let go of fear or resistance to expressing your hearts desire you come closer to yourself. Let yourself dream. Let yourself live the life of your dreams. It is waiting for you and is so needed in the world. Your soul's expression is needed for the healing and arising of spirit consciousness on earth. As people recognize soul awareness in connection with Source as the true leader of life, in all of its glorious manifestations, it will bring great peace and happiness. Be true to the soul you are and let yourself freely express.

One of the ways my soul expresses itself is through song. Songs come to me when I'm walking, biking and meditating. They feel like celestial seeds that land in my heart. Sometimes its just a brief melody or a few words but I always record them. When I give them my attention these seeds grow into lovely songs to sing and share. Each of us has our own unique way of receiving these sometimes subtle seeds of expressions of our spirit. If we honor them through our acknowledgment and give them our attention they can grown into strong soul expressions.
Singing Prayers
My favorite way to pray is through song. It helps me too open my heart and feel more connected to the people I pray for. When I look at pictures of people it really helps me connect to them and send them lots of loving energy. I'm feeling inspired to create a "Picture Prayer Board" of people to sing prayers for. I"m inviting you to send me a picture if you would like some extra good energy for you, your family or loved ones. You'll all make a great audience for me too!!
