It can be overwhelming processing our personal and collective thoughts and emotions. Our spiritual awareness is where we are united without being overly burdened. Give yourself a moment to tap into this awareness for greater freedom and ease.

Close your eyes and relax.
Let yourself have these few minutes to remember your true spaciousness.
Allow yourself to take a deep breath and a long exhalation, drawing your attention inside of your body.
Feel the energy of your body in and around you.
Notice any thinking present.
Then put your attention on the space and places energetically in you and around you that are not thinking.
This space occupies much more space than thinking does.
Where does your attention gather the most right now?
Is there a point of tension that is focalizing your energy?
Notice where this is.
Perhaps it's a place in your body, a particular thought or situation that your mind drifts to.
Then notice the space and energetic places that are not this focalized area.
Let the area of tension breathe and unwind into the spaciousness if it desires.
This is called letting go.
Perhaps that focalized point of tension has changed now.
You are becoming more free.
You are not these points of tension but are able to direct the attention that arises from the awareness you are.
Notice being awareness.
Relax directing your attention and just be awareness.
Love is a natural expression of awareness.
To love is to be open with acceptance and approval of your experience.
This approval is beyond right and wrong or preference.
It accepts because whatever is present is you as Source.
From this perspective you can choose what to place your attention on with freedom.
You are infinite.
You are love.
You are spaciousness.
You are free.
